Biography
Chia-Chun Yen has extensive experience in the business and technological arenas. He is currently pursuing a PhD at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in the Republic of China (R.O.C) and holds a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Aalto University School, Finland and Information Engineering Computer Science from Feng Chia University, R.O.C. In his professional career, he serves as the General Manager of Baojun Zhiyun Co., Ltd and HungMing Information Co., Ltd. Additionally, he is highly passionate about martial arts and serves as the Director of the Bajiquan Association (R.O.C). Mr. Yen is currently focused on the development of innovative technologies, specifically in traffic signal management systems and the Assist Referee System for Da-Qiang (Pike) Competitions.

Chih-Tsai Wang is a distinguished leader and martial arts expert with a robust educational and professional background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Feng Chia University and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from National Central University. Additionally, he has earned both a Doctorate and a Bachelor's degree in Wushu from Shanghai University of Sport. Mr. Wang currently serves as the Chairman of Sin-Hua Electronics Co., Ltd. His dedication to martial arts is evident through his roles as the Chairman of the International Daqiang Organization (IDO) and the Bajiquan Association (R.O.C). Chih-Tsai Wang is highly skilled in various Chinese martial arts, including Daqiang, Bajiquan, and Praying Mantis Martial Arts. He is passionate about researching and promoting Daqiang competitions, continually contributing to the growth and recognition of these traditional martial arts on an international scale.
